Something I finally got around to making for UT. Has a similar use and DPS to enforcer primary, and a burst of air on secondary that can not only deflect fire but also propel the user, even if in the air. utcc Forums  

 
     

Fluidity UT4 Movement Mutator

Fluidity has been published, which allows you to carry the momentum from dodges or other in air movement, into further jumps. See the forum posts here, and download the mutator  from utcc.
